Andrew Purpura

Andrew is the Founder and CEO of Jax Consulting and has spent the last 10 years leading over 100 successful Salesforce development and implementation projects. Prior to founding Jax, Andrew held executive roles where he led global delivery and product teams for two Salesforce Consulting and Product Partners. His wealth of knowledge and experience brings unparalleled mentoring and thought leadership to the team.

Andrew is a strong advocate of innovation and believes that any problem can be solved with the right combination of people and minds. He has instilled this culture at Jax, driving the team to tackle complex challenges and deliver innovative solutions.

Teagan Purpura

As Chief Operating Officer at Jax, Teagan leads the development and execution of operational and financial strategies, oversees global expansion initiatives, and provides governance and risk management. Prior to joining Jax, Teagan led a global service delivery team that leveraged business process management and analytics to optimize operations for clients in the financial services industry. Over the past 18 years, she has held various roles that have provided her with extensive experience in operations and risk management.

Lani Rowe

With over 10 years in the Salesforce ecosystem, Lani rose to the level of Solutions Architect after less than a year and a half in the industry. Since then she has only broadened her technological expertise and horizons – including as the former Director of Product Management for Locals.com. Uniquely multi-disciplinary and multi-modal, Lani is a systems thinker that possesses the rare and powerful combination of creative and logical acumen. She believes that the most intractable problems can only be solved by moving outside of binary, computational thinking and are best approached by reimagining common technology in uncommon form. Her approach to product development is rigorous, innovative and user-centric. She also holds a USA Cycling Masters National Record in the 1k, is a UCI Masters World Champion track cyclist, and an accomplished musician and artist who served as a Buddhist teacher and meditation instructor for years in NYC. Lani currently lives in an Earthship in Taos, NM.

Rajesh Yeddula

As Senior Vice President of Professional Services, Rajesh manages delivery and oversees our expert team of Salesforce Consultants. He is responsible for client satisfaction and consistently leads our teams through successful implementations. His passion is developing, designing, and maintaining technologies that improve our clients’ ability to sustain a competitive advantage. He brings over 12 years of expertise in Salesforce consulting and development to the JAX team.

Shalimar Caceres

Stepping into the Salesforce ecosystem in 2009, Shalimar has led and contributed to the success of countless projects as a developer and architect, while picking up additional skills along the way including marketing, website creation, and thought leadership. She is passionate about her work, and takes pride in her clean and efficient solutions, code, and documentation. This passion combines with her natural talent for leadership to create a uniquely well-rounded #trailblazer in the Salesforce consulting space.
