Jonathan Anspaugh serves as Director of the Nonprofit and Education Practice at Jax, where he leads strategy, delivery, and innovation for mission-driven organizations leveraging Salesforce to advance impact at scale. With nearly two decades of experience across Salesforce architecture, digital transformation, and enterprise CRM strategy, he brings a strong blend of technical depth and business insight to complex engagements.

In addition to leading the practice, Jon partners closely with Jax’s product and delivery leadership to support delivery excellence, product innovation, and the development of scalable solutions and frameworks across the firm. He is known for his collaborative leadership style and focus on helping organizations modernize operations, strengthen engagement, and maximize long-term value from their Salesforce platforms.
